What time is check in and check out?

Check in is from 2:00pm and check out is by 10:00am. Charges may apply after check out time.

What is the cancellation policy?

Avaleen operates on a 48 hour cancellation and no show policy on all rooms and rates. If you do not let reception know by 1:00pm two days before your arrival date, the first night is charged.

Which cards do you take?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. A small charge applies to American Express and Diners Club. Valid credit card details are needed to confirm a booking.

Do you have rooms for families and groups?

Yes. The split-level two bedroom apartments have either two king beds or a king bed and two singles, with a full kitchen, lounge and a laundry with washer and dryer. The superior twin has a king bed and a single bed.

Is there a pool?

Yes, a solar heated pool, with sun lounges and a mosaic table beside it.

Can I smoke in the room?

No. There is no smoking in the rooms, and Avaleen reserves the right to charge a $500 fee for extra cleaning. Avaleen also keeps a strict no party policy so every guest has a pleasant stay.

How far is it to Nowra, Berry and Kangaroo Valley?

Nowra town centre is about 3 minutes away, Berry is about 10 minutes north, and the road to Kangaroo Valley starts at the roundabout. Sydney is 1.5 to 2 hours north.
